With over 35 years of experience, Paulina specializes in haircut, color, Hilite and more. She's proudly owned her business for over 30 years with 25 of those here in Pearland.

I started my hair career in 2013 and have loved every day since! I married my best friend in 2023 and we have 2 beautiful daughters that are my world and my purpose and the reason I work so hard! I strive to make my chair a safe place for my clients or a relaxing escape from everyday life or even a fun unconventional therapy session; whatever my client needs while getting their hair all fixed up! I specialize in your monthly upkeeps to your complete color corrections! Coloring is my passion and I am very confident in what I do!

Stylist

I am a hair stylist who has worked at Ideal Hair since 2006. I specialize in balayage, full color, haircuts, and styling services. I enjoy creating personalized looks that help everyone feel confident and comfortable in the chair. I aim to create an environment where clients can feel at ease, be themselves, and leave feeling refreshed. Outside of work, I enjoy taking care of my houseplants, spending time with family, and unwinding with video games.

I began my hairstylist journey in 2000, gaining experience in a variety of salons and locations along the way. After taking a five-year break to focus on my family, I returned to the industry and joined Ideal Hair Salon in 2018. I specialize in cutting, coloring, highlighting, and styling, and I truly enjoy helping clients look and feel their best. I love listening to my clients’ needs and making sure they feel comfortable and confident in my chair. Outside of the salon, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.
